Settlement Administrator Angeion Group Announces $115 Million Proposed Class Action Settlement Involving Oracle America, Inc.

Angeion Group, the court-appointed Settlement Administrator, announced a proposed class action settlement of $115 million involving Oracle America, Inc.

The proposed settlement resolves allegations that Oracle America misclassified certain California-based employees as exempt from overtime pay.

The settlement benefits current and former non-exempt California-based employees who worked for Oracle America between March 12, 2008, and October 11, 2022.

The deadline to file a claim is January 23, 2023.
